If you interacted with an account on Instagram
If you commented on, replied to a story of, or messaged an Instagram account that uses AutoDm, email contact@alielmowed.com with:
- your Instagram username;
- the Instagram account you interacted with.
We delete your comments, messages, message logs and link-click records for that account, and confirm by email.
If you manage a connected account
- Sign in, open Settings and select Disconnect. This deletes the stored access token and stops all automated messages for that account.
- You can also remove the app from Instagram, under Settings, then Apps and websites.
- To delete the workspace and everything in it (campaigns, logs and statistics), email contact@alielmowed.com from the address you sign in with, and name the workspace.
Timing
Requests are handled within 30 days, usually much sooner. We may ask you to confirm that you control the Instagram account or the email address first. Deleted data leaves our backups within 30 days, when they expire.
